These terms apply only if you choose a payment plan option shown at checkout ("Payment Plan"). They are part of our Terms and Conditions. If no Payment Plan option is shown at checkout, Payment Plans are not available for that order.
A Payment Plan lets you split the price of an eligible order into scheduled payments instead of paying in full at checkout. The number of payments, each payment amount, the payment dates and any fee are shown at checkout before you agree. We do not charge interest. If a Payment Plan is provided by a third-party financing company (for example, a buy-now-pay-later provider), that company's terms, credit decisions and fees apply, and it, not AACTIVATED Rx, is the lender.
Your first payment is charged at checkout or when your prescription is approved, as shown at checkout. Remaining payments are charged automatically on the dates shown, to the same payment method, until the full amount is paid.
By choosing a Payment Plan, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for each scheduled payment. You can update your payment method at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. A Payment Plan is an agreement to pay for an order you have already placed; it is not a subscription and does not by itself renew.
If a scheduled payment fails, we will notify you and may retry the charge. If a payment remains unpaid, we may pause future shipments or renewals under your plan until the balance is paid. We will not charge late fees unless they were shown at checkout.
You may cancel a Payment Plan order for a full refund of what you have paid if a Provider has not yet approved your prescription. After a Pharmacy has dispensed your medication, the remaining payments for that order are still owed, as described in our Refund and Returns Policy.
We may change or end Payment Plan options for future orders at any time. Changes do not affect a Payment Plan you have already agreed to.
By selecting a Payment Plan and completing checkout, you confirm you have read these terms and agree to the payment schedule shown.
These terms are governed by California law and by the dispute resolution terms in Section 15 of our Terms and Conditions.
