This Privacy Policy explains how AACTIVATED, LLC, a California limited liability company doing business as AACTIVATED Rx ("AACTIVATED Rx," "we," "us") collects, uses and shares information when you use pure.aactivatedrx.com and related services (the "Services"). It also serves as our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
Your Providers and Pharmacies are covered by the federal HIPAA privacy rules and give you their own Notice of Privacy Practices. Medical records, prescriptions and clinical communications are maintained by them and by our telehealth technology partner on their behalf. Where we handle protected health information for a Provider, we do so only as allowed by HIPAA and our agreements with them. Health information you share with AACTIVATED Rx outside that relationship, such as quiz answers, is "consumer health data," and we treat it as sensitive under this policy.
We do not sell your personal information or your health information, and we do not share health information for targeted advertising.
We collect consumer health data only with your consent, or as needed to provide the product or service you request. We do not share it with third parties other than as needed to provide the Services you requested, unless you give separate consent. You may ask what consumer health data we have, ask us to delete it, and withdraw your consent by emailing [email protected]. This section is intended to meet the requirements of Washington's My Health My Data Act, Nevada's consumer health data law, and similar state laws.
We use cookies and similar tools to keep the site working, remember preferences and understand site traffic. We do not place third-party advertising tracking on intake, quiz, checkout or patient account pages, and we do not send health information to advertising platforms. You can control cookies through your browser settings. We honor Global Privacy Control signals as a request to opt out of sale and sharing for targeted advertising.
If you give us your phone number and agree to receive texts, we may send account, order and, with your separate consent, marketing messages. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email.
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and share it, to access, correct and delete it, to limit our use of sensitive personal information, to opt out of sale or sharing, and not to be discriminated against for using these rights. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect information. No system is completely secure. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law; Providers and Pharmacies keep medical records for the periods their laws require.
The Services are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Your browser may send "Do Not Track" signals. Because there is no common standard for them, we respond to Global Privacy Control signals as described above rather than Do Not Track.
We may update this policy and will post the new version with a new "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will notify you by email or on the Services.
